At next3pl, we exist to help businesses of all sizes thrive in the fast-paced world of eCommerce. From start-ups to global brands, our focus is on providing solutions that let our clients scale smarter, faster, and with complete confidence.

Our story

next3pl began in 2007 when Chris Dobson (CEO now), then a business consultant, was asked by a client to manage their warehousing. That single warehouse sparked the beginning of a vision: to create a fulfilment partner that empowers businesses to grow with confidence.

From these humble beginnings, next3pl has expanded across all states in Australia, now operating two state-of-the-art warehouses and supporting hundreds of brands nationwide. Our focus has always been on precision, reliability, and flexibility, ensuring every order is handled with care and every client feels supported, whether they’re a start-up or a global brand.

In 2022, we launched next3pl+, a hybrid global fulfilment solution that gives businesses access to international markets including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand. By combining smart technology, human expertise, and scalable processes, we ensure your fulfilment works in your favour, helping you deliver exceptional experiences to your customers.

While Chris’s vision set us on this path, the story of next3pl is bigger than any one person. It’s about building networks, partnerships, and solutions that enable businesses to scale nationally and globally, while keeping their customers delighted every step of the way.
